Terrace East Apartments

Terrace East Apartments is a 60-unit apartment complex, consisting of four three-story apartment buildings on 1.38 acres of land. The buildings were built in 1984 with a wood frame construction with brick veneer and wood siding.

Terrace East is strategically located on the edge of downtown Fargo and near two very large institutions. Just a few blocks to the east is Sanford Health's main campus in Fargo, which is the largest hospital/clinic facility in the region. Six blocks away is the North Dakota State University (NDSU) main campus, which in the Fall of 2010, had an enrollment of 14,186 students. North Dakota State University also has a downtown campus within one mile of the building, putting Terrace East centrally located between these institutions.
